算法（MDRD 175 简化式）：eGFR = 175 × SCr^(-1.154) × 年龄^(-0.203) × (女 ×0.742)，单位 mL/min/1.73m²。血肌酐可填 mg/dL 或 µmol/L（工具自动换算，1 mg/dL≈88.4 µmol/L）。要求 SCr>0、年龄 18–120 岁。

算例

例1（SCr 1.0 mg/dL、50 岁、男）：eGFR = 175×1.0^(-1.154)×50^(-0.203) = 79.1 mL/min/1.73m²，分期 G2。例2（SCr 1.5 mg/dL、65 岁、女）：eGFR = 175×1.5^(-1.154)×65^(-0.203)×0.742 = 34.9 mL/min/1.73m²，分期 G3b（低于 60，建议肾内科就诊）。
