平面度 = 最高点 - 最低点（最小包容面）。例：测 9 点极差 0.008 mm，平面度 0.008 mm。
最高点 0.018 mm，最低点 −0.012 mm
平面度=0.018−(−0.012)=0.030 mm，即 30.0 μm。这是最小区域法的近似，测点越多越接近真实平面度。
