本期变化量 = 本期累计变形 − 上期累计变形；平均变化速率 = 末期累计变形 ÷ 监测期数；预警：累计变形 > 阈值或单期变化 > 速率阈值。

算例

W1 1.5、W2 3.8、W3 6.9、W4 9.4、W5 11.2 mm（阈值 10 mm、速率 2.5 mm/期）→ 期数 5、累计变形 11.20 mm（超阈值）；各期变化 1.5/2.3/3.1/2.5/1.8，最大单期变化 3.10 mm（W3，超速率）；平均变化速率 = 11.2/5 = 2.24 mm/期。

❓ 常见问题（FAQ）

累计变形没超标就可以放心吗？: 不能。单期速率突变往往是失稳前兆，速率超阈值时应加密监测，即使累计量仍在阈值内。
第一期变化量怎么算？: 以 0 为起点，即第一期变化量 = 第一期累计变形量；其后各期为本期累计减上期累计。
