岩棉 k≈0.040 W/(m·K)、厚 0.1 m：單位面積 R=0.1/0.04=2.5 (m²·K)/W，U=0.4 W/(m²·K)。若增厚至 200 mm，R=5、U=0.2，傳熱減半。提示：含內外表面換熱阻後總 U 略高。
